This program assists adults under age 62 in gaining confidence, knowledge and resources needed to move out of nursing homes. Independent Rights & Resources understands that our consumers are individuals with various levels of need, motivation and resources which correlates with their ability to transition. This is why IRR provides additional support to our consumers to make their process as seamless as possible.
